Shipping policy

Orders ship from Virginia. Once your order has been received for processing, it may take up to two weeks for order completion. Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not available at this time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking information, if this information is provided at check out. It is strongly recommended that all customers choose "Route Package Protection" at checkout, for a nominal fee. This is made available for all customers as "peace of mind" insurance for shipping. Once an order has been scanned and shipped by the shipping carrier, E's Creations, LLC is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, or acts of nature. If needed, claims will need to be filed with the shipping carrier, or through "Route Package Protection". If Route Package Protection is chosen, you will receive an email from them after checking out.

**If you choose pick up, the same order completion timeframe applies. You will receive notification by email regarding pick up.
